THREE OLD MONK POEMS (256)
YOU STUDY
You study
the emptiness,
you get
your degree,
then what?
Then you live
on the mountain,
the old monk said.

THE UNIVERSE IS
The universe is flat
because everything spins?
What caused the spinning,
the old monk asked.
~
WHEN YOU GO
When you go out
of your body
you won't always
fit back in
exactly. Be
prepared for that,
the old monk told
his students.
