WE DREAM
We dream
because sleep alone
is not enough,
the old monk said.

I DON'T SAY MUCH
I don't say much
when I'm done talking.
Be like that,
the old monk told
his students.
~
YES, I'VE NOTICED
Yes, I've noticed,
the old monk said,
the younger they are,
the later they come home
the next morning.
